How do I remove completely all civilian buildings from a settlement? and once made it what We would see in their place?

Uhm... I'm afraid this is manual. And this is only for the start.
From descr_strat, you delete the buldings that you don't want. Basically, you need a tech tree near you.

Tried this myself also. It simply deletes the buildings. Blank space where they were.
And by Civilian Buildings, do you mean also the Governor's Villa's and stuff?!

I assumed he means remove civilian buildings from the settlements on the battlemap itself.

I mean remove just the common houses from the layour but not srtuctures like archery range , governopr's house etc....

Simply go in the settlement plan for that settlement, and edit out all ambient buildings, and leave only the SLOT buildings which is where the 'buildable' buildings will go.

They are all located in data/settlement_plans (both BI and original RTW have his folder). Open the file that corresponds to your type of city, and edit.
