In the dictionaries a roman foot varies from 29,57cm to 29,64cm. Let’s use the lesser as it would get better results.

Metric:
I am 183cm tall or 6,0039 feet or 6’0” in modern society.
In Rome I would be 183/29,57 = 6,188 feet or (0,188/0,0833 = 2,25 ):
6’ 2,25” tall.

Imperial:(just an example)
If you are 6 feet 2 inches take your 6 feet and multiply with 30,48 = 182,88cm
Add Inches 2*2,54 = 5,08 + 182,88 makes a total of 187,96cm
In Roman feet and Inches: 187.96/29,57 = 6,356 feet or (0,356/0,0833 = 4,27):
6’ 4,27” tall.

187/29,57 = 6,324 feet (0,324/0,0833= 3,89)

So 6'3,89'' tall in Rome
