Naming Help

When you grant a general a title or office (MTW), his first name is replaced with "Lord" and his name is then displayed as "Lord Surname". These may sound like stupid questions, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

1. Is it possible to make it display his first name after the "Lord" instead of his surname?

2. Is it possible to get rid of the "Lord" altogether?

3. What are the character limits for surnames (how many letters/spaces can you use)?

I guess putting Lord Forename could work.
