[Belch] ... ewww, sushi/sake/chocolate/whiskey/ice cream flavored ...
Had miso, sushi, and sake for din-din, See's chocolates for dessert, and a bit of Johnny Walker Black Label as a nightcap. Then I raided the ice box and finished the last of the Hagen Dasz Creme Brulee ice cream. Definitely not a normal night cuisine-wise. I'll have to stick to rice, fish and pickled veggies for a few days now.

I never understood this thread. Does anybody actually read what other people are eating and does anybody actually expect a reply? This isn't discussion. It's an edible meatlike substance, formed into a square, packed into a can, and marketed as a sandwich meat that's SupPosed to be like hAM.

I mean of all the things one might combine one choses peanut butter and jelly ?!
Give the Dutch man an explanation
:balloon2:
Ahem...
It tastes good.
We North Americans grew up on chicken noodle soup and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It's comfort food. Makes us think of mom in the kitchen making lunch and an afternoon of play to follow.
Peanut butter and jelly is not just food to us, it's part of our psychological well being.
Like beer.
