What happened to the icons?

I was wondering what happened to the icons in the Post New Thread window...
None of the buttons or icons are "clickable" anymore for me. Is this an option or something?

I tried to click the "switch editor mode", but no avail. :help:

This seemed to be happening with a few people since the board was upgraded. In some cases it seems to be recified by flushing the cache of your browser (deleting the temporary Internet files).

I did have the exact same problem and clearing the cache did help, thanks to therother's suggestion. :yes:
