Download my files LK_NEW_UNITS
at the org it has 3 new units with
all the changes you want
compare them to original
files all the files are there.
If you want to make animation
well get bifreader2.1 and photo shop
or paint shop and so on and Wellington's
thread for how to. I will be giving
help later on how to add things
to bifs with photo shop if anyone
is interested.Like I told a few other ppl
get the downloads first then ask
the questions.Don't forget Barocca's guide
for shogun too it will help.

Within the next week or so I should get to the 'checklist' part which will detail the whole process for creating a 'new' unit.

Before we can get there, however, I have to cover the pre-requisites. You CAN jump straight in and play around with things in MTW but sooner or later you may find you have questions than answers.
