Mongol landings

Just a little speculative question. I am wondering how the Mongol landings occur. Will they simply land in Kyushu and push out?, in which case defeating the beachhead would beat them, and the Shimazu would bear the brunt of the fighting. Or are there multiple simultaneous landings all over Japan, thereby forcing each clan to deal with the particular landing in their terrirory?. I wonder what you guys think.

The question of which clan gets to deal with the Mongols will be largely irrelevant, as the player will only control the highest authority in the Empire: the Hôjô Regency.

Also, I think it would be fair to let the Mongol player decide where his forces will attempt to land. If a beachead is defeated, it's no impediment, as the Mongol fleet will still be present off-shore - as historically, they will move elsewhere and try again.

Oh, I was under the impression that you could fight as either thr Mori, Shimazu, or the Oda clan. But I suppose in the interests of historical accuracy being solely the Hojo makes sense.
