Skins in 1.3?

I was wondering if downloaded custom skins which worked in 1.2 will still work in 1.3?

Please help

I can only speak from my own experience, but everything I used in 1.2 is working in 1.3. That includes skins from the Riczu, Atilla Reloaded, Ferres, Warsprite, Webbird & the RTR Team (and maybe more that I'm forgetting).
