Shields and weapons on new units

I made a unit called Irish Spearmen. Broblem is that they dont have any weapons or shields on battle screen. I made folders in items/shields as described in other topic but still it wont work. =(

which bif have you used
and what weapon do you want to giev him
ie weapon1 weapon2
(whats with all these Irish units)
did you give it _W and _S.txt in
bif folder?
if so which number did u pick?
do that amount of lines exist in the
weapons.txt in the bif folder?

I have IrishSpearmen_S.txt and IrishSpearmen_W.txt in men/peasant folder. It is suposed to have shield 2 and weapon 6.
I also made folder called IrishSpearmen in shield 2 folder and in weapon 6 folder.

In shield and weapon folders I put all text files from Feudal Sergeant folder. So the charge txt is same as Feudal Sergeants.

check your sprlling for all folders
and .txt and if they are the same
and you have all the right numders
in the all the right txt files
I can not give you any more advice
yet again send me the file.
What you are saying basicly is
"I have done everything correct and it
still wont work" now I afraid this
can not be the case as it would be against
all logic of programming that I can see
something on my machine that you can't see
on yours even though we did the same thing.

If you don't want to send me your
irishspearmen can I send you mine
so you can see what you did wrong?

btw what exactly did you call them
in the source files, prod11 ,deadpage,
actionpages,this the only thing you
have not mentioned ,because if you called
them Irishspearman or something like that
in those files it wont work neither
of course ALL files mudt have the same name
no spaces and no plurals except the plurals
in names text unless you use a plural name
to begin with the no singular applies
for the same reason ok.

I cant check spelling on folders because when I got really angry I deleted them =). Maybe I just try again sometime and be more carefull this time.
