In connection with my War of the Roses mod...

Some religious questions... anyone who can give an opinion please jump in ;-)

1. Is there any way to give the Jewish religious people that will improve their faith?
2. Is it possible to make the Golden Horde have BARBARIAN RAIDER strategy but be of, lets say, Orthodox Religion?
3. Do the Muslims have an equivalent of the inquisitor? Like someone who only executes Muslims?

Thanks,
Gloucester

Not sure about the others but you can test the golden horde problem by taking an existing faction, making them muslim religion and pagan culture. If the game allows you to play a faction that way then id say it will also work for the Golden Horde too.

I would not directly test the golden horde first though. There are known problems that effect making them playable that may leave you thinking it didnt work when it actually did.

Would anyone know which file replaces the religion tooltips for the diplomatic status page. I evidently changed them before but I'm trying to switch them around so Christian is Lancastrian and Muslim is Yorkist.

Thanks,

BTW I discovered today that you can have a Jewish religion for a faction (but it will be marked as a 'Christian' faction in the Alliances screen) by changing the faction religion to REL_JEWISH. You can't however have a Jewish Culture. Apparently Judaism was another one of those ideas that didn't really get fleshed out before MTW was released, along with non-immortal generals (funny how generals in the game live forever)

Some of mine generals have a habbit of charging into situations they cannot win http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif

Usually when they have low loyality values.

What the the chances of that happening by accident (Grin).
