I wanted to break the ties between the Empires and their rebel counterpart. When I did was erased the shadowing and showed lines in the descr_sm_factions.txt and in my campaign when the Empire West city rebelled, I got a ctd. Now the Rebels were added to the game and have a province to start the campaign. This is my map mod in progress, I will test in chocolate 1.4 and see what happens.
