BI: How do i make all factions turn into hordes?

after playing through RTW:BI with the huns, WRE and ERE. i was wondering how you would go about editing files so i can uproot my 1 remaining city and become a horde like the huns can or when you take a factions last city.

go to descr_sm_factions i think and were it says 'horde no' put yes instead... then you have to assign them horde units.... look at the hun faction for ideas but the units have to be part of the faction

i had to add the following to the different factions to turn them into hordes and then changed the units. so far i have only done the western and eastern empires
