Guide - Strong Economy

Greetings all.

I have looked on the forums for a guide for RTW BI guide to developing a strong economy? During my games I am finding it hard to make money and have 2 armies?? My towns either make a stack of cash or go belly up in debt and revolt all the time?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if there is a thread already started my apolygises.
