Can someone explain me the difference of
goal
objective
target
aim
especially when used in business? Please!
To me they are all the same!

They *are* all the same. If some business is defining them differently, I'd say those definitions are unique to that business.
Target is used more with commercial jobs, getting enough sales thing. Objective is usually used military, aim/goal are used more in the pr thing. What is the goal of this meeting/what is your aim when doing this course. A whole lot of airmoving if you ask me.

Goal and objective are used quite alike each other in business terms in order to define corporate purposes, strategical or tactical.
However, target and aim do not have exceptional uses in business terminology - at least of none I've ever heard during university. They are used the way they are used in common vocabulary.

I agree with the above. Just pay attention to how they are used in context if you want to impress people. Or just learn what a person likes more. Just don't forget the basics.
