Main screen animations editing ?

How Do I edit the main screen animated where u see the reddish background with people figures animated moving around? I need to make another one more oriental than roman ..... :)

I think they are movie files,rather than animated models. Could probably set something up in Max and make a movie...or use FRAPS to 'film' some action in RTW and then mess about with it to make a movie.
