Did anyone just see the UK tv news?

Anyone else think Blair looked like he was either ill/dying/stoned or some combination thereof?

I saw him on channel 4 news commenting on the new terror proposal and he looked as if his script writer hadn't showed up, although it may only be the pot ~:)
