descr_strat for rome 1.3

when i edit non playable factions to be playabe i get CTD. I did not get this with 1.2 does any one know a way to make it work

You have to give them descriptions in the campaign_descriptions file. I saw some mods that enabled the factions, but they added some extra stuff I didn't really want. I added the descriptions to the stock files needed. If you want, you can download it.
