Help with BI map making Please!

I've been trying to make a map with more settlements for BI, and I successfully added one settlement. I then tried to add another, and its not working. I have been sticking to the guide. If I send someone the files, could they tell me what I've been doing wrong?

Sorry fixed the problem. I should have some screenshots by the end of the weekend. I suppose a moderator should delete this thread now I don't know how to.

so where did you add a settlement? i've been thinking about trying to add one too, the area i have in mind first is the norway/sweden portion of the map that is covered in trees and so far is unused...seems like a waste without a settlement there...if i can get that to work i might add more somewhere, just figure out which other area to chop up and how...

I've been working on Britain so far, but I plan to re-do the whole map. I'll send a screenshot soon.
