Hi All!
I am having heaps of trouble with siege towers gunning down my best units before they even reach the walls. I have read another thread about this in particular but I don't want to remove their ability to fire I just want to reduce their fire rate. Can anyone direct me as to what to do?
Also it seems in RTW 1.3 that archers using fire don't set siege towers alight as often as they used to in 1.2...

About archers... I would like to recruit Cretian archers for my Greek Cities campaign faction and not as mercenaries is there a way to do this with just changing text in files?
Or is there a way to adjust GC Archers specifically? Especially want to adjust their range but would prefer to have Cretian archers available as a standard unit.
I also want to reduce Pharoah's Bowmen effectiveness. They are destroying my best archers and 'not happy'.
Which file is used for Archer ranges and rate of fire etc? And/Or faction specific missile abilities.
Also for peltasts, I think their effectiveness needs to be increased a little. They seem .... dunno... weaker in 1.3...
