ahem.... When I first started posting back here it was a happy place were the debates were numerous and great and people were helpful we were the crown jewls of total war fourm polotics. Lately however there seems to be to much hostility in here. I consider yall to be my best internet friends from Soly to Adrian to the G-man to prole everyone brings something good and meaningful to the tavern. I really dont wanna leave I think annoucing you are leaving or that the conservatives have made a new club is childish as I do the way some libs walk around like there hot shit. but I want this to become the place it was when I first came here becuase god knows we are better than the frontroom. So please take a deep breath and remember Its a F***ing fourm. Oh and the conservative club teh pwns!!!!!!!!11111

oh thank god for a while now i've felt like i was waging a one man war to make this place less about politics and more about being an interesting place for l33t members by posting videos, images and all around news tidbits.

She looks like Martin Short in that movie where he was stung by the bee and went into anaphylactic shock.

Ouch. Soly. That kind of pics causes hostility! It brings anger, Hobbes-esque pessimism, fear, apocalyptic visions, and temporary blindness.

Your only chance of carrying out your revolution is by mediating with Lord Beirut and his master, the Blind King of Bohemia for a chance to open a franchise of the Babe thread in the Backroom. ~D After all, Caesar supposedly forget his mighty ambitions on Rome when Cleopatra snared him with her...er...looks; and he was supposedly human. ~;)

It has become more hostile, certainly. I guess winter does that to people: forcing them indoors and miserable with cold. Or, perhaps, some of us (ahem...me?) enjoy sarcasm and skirmishing.

Those clubs threads were fun. It's always fun to be a party-pooper. At least, it was until you'd be reported for trying.

Sorry for that, Prole, it must be hard to get around in a man-dominated wargaming forum.

TBH the current level of hostility is low compared to past crisis, when you needed a strong stomach, a sharp wit, and at least one good wingman to venture into most threads.

Still, a call for civility and rationality should never go unheeded. So good call STFS, I hear ya

Eh, I haven't noticed that it's any meaner than usual around here, but people do have different tolerances. Sometimes you're just not in the mood to write. I occasionally vanish temporarily due to workload or computer game, but I do check in during my vanishings. I think everybody around here is entertaining... even (or particularly) when they're being evil to each other! ~:)

Adrian.. that was just offensive. I think you've blinded me.Sorry for the bare buttocks, Gelatinous Cube. I understand they had to be removed, but I can reassure you the buttocks in question are going full steam ahead.
