does BI change rome total war at all and can u get arcani/pravsomethingorother in BI

You can still play the vanilla Rome version 1.3.
Arcani are available at a few pantheons(Mars for example) in vanilla Rome and praeventores are available at the army barracks (well at least proconsul level of barracks) in BI.
