i can post here, and in the guides forum area, just not the singleplayer one, also when is one able to start threads

i dont recall these restrictions...but that was like 2 years ago and a different account name ~:mecry:

When you become a full-member after some good posts and perhaps a week or two. There was a change in policy several months ago which enforced more restrictions on Junior Members.
