Works a charm if you are far enough way from them to begin with. Little blighters don't know what hit them! :balloon2:

Yeah, that has already been established. I asked Kurkikhan to delete or fix it, either one he can do. Um... for now we're going to call it a paused tournament.

Never seen that. Are you sure there isn't a rock, moving or still, right in the screen edge?

Yeah, pretty sure. I spent 10 minutes on a tournament game searching for another rock, scanning from the top of the screen to the bottom. No joy. Usually happens when it's just you and one of the enemy ships left. The ship goes by, but the next level doesn't start and no other ships come.

2280 points for a trick is pretty much the highest score you can get if you are trying to get a high scoring round.

It was the perfect run, and there is NO way that you could beat it by 4,000~ points. The ONLY thing that makes a stitch of sense is that you are cheating using another game, because.... my score wasn't possibly beaten. Defend yourself.

I got REALLY angry when I couldnt find a way to beat level 30. I spent over an hour just on that level, with no success. If you know a way to beat it, it would be really appreciated if you could tell me.

I'll tell you if you tell me how to beat level 38 :p

For all the levels in the thirties you have to have the sliders in the exact spot, and the spots aren't numbered in any way. So I have no way of telling you.

Yup, it's easy once you figure it out. Get's quite boring in the end though. I only lost because of a bug.




I redid the program to search until it finds an answer that is less than 50 moves. Who knows how long it will take though, it could possibly be 1000's of years. oh well

So, there I am playing Asteroids. I know I can get that high score. I get up to 250,000 with 6 ships in the bank. It's going swimmingly.

And then my mum comes in looking for an argument about success and trying hard at school. During this argument, I stupidly kept playing and lost 4 ships in the space of about 5 minutes. After that, I couldn't get it back. :furious3:

In the game bean hunter, when I finish, it sais 'congrats', and then nothing.. it doesn't proceed to the screen where I'm added to the high score. and this while I've had a higher score then the no1 twice now.. I don't want to try forever,.. so, how does it work, or, (when) will it be fixed?

In bean hunter you need to stop on 94th bean and let game over, then you can submit.

Lots of games wont save scores, like Asteroids2000 (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/arcade.php?&act=Arcade&do=play&gameid=44), Warthog Launch (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/arcade.php?&act=Arcade&do=play&gameid=73), and others without any records....

How is your cutie quake score possible? You'd have to have like 90 headshots and there are only 60 seconds in the game + I don't think that many critters come out.

It was clearly bug, time didnt stop at 1min, so there was 2 or so.. (2nd time happens with me)

Scored 393 just before that, so 400 possible anyway ...

Think I got it, browser' freezing for ~6/7 secs then time is almost over results in playing 'to the death'... Not much i can do about it, except restarts.
Could someone please delete that score and if possible restore previous (393) ?

The Content Managers have been discussing updating the arcade with brand new games as well as removing a lot of the 'shovelware' in the selection. The new arcade isn't expected to hit for a month or more while we continue to talk about exactly what we'd like to do with the relaunch. Perhaps you all have some thoughts on that front? ~D

On My house is Bigger than your House even when I try and submit a score which is better than my personal best everytime I submit my score I get a bunch of weird script error messages at the top of the screen and it says:

Your score won't be stored in Database because the Arcade only saves users top score per Game.

What gives?

Not played that one myself, but a number of games are quite buggy. Plus the system itself isn't very actively supported. We've considered changing to another arcade system, but that would probably reset everything.
