watching a flash video of a computer generated world leader fall on some cgi balls is immoral? did you have mixed feelings about killing hostages in MTW? your comment would equate that as an immoral act.

Hmm. You must be a psychic, Soly, what with you stating a bunch of stuff I didn't write (though a bad one, since you obviously can't tell what I'm thinking.)
Is it immoral? Of course not. I was merely pointing out the hypocrisy of our socialist, peace-loving friend who seemed to want to cause a person pain for his own gratuitus pleasure.
You did get one thing right, assuming your 'hahahaha' was at your own post.

He's not actually causing George Bush pain, simply relieving his anger towards him without actually hurting the real thing.
That way he can be all nice and happy to real people. ~:)

Wow, another pyschic. I don't know if JAG wants to hurt Bush, I was merely pointing out his hypocrisy.
And do I care if people play this? Certainly not! Go right ahead and play it, I don't care. If it makes you happy, good for you. Laugh at the silly positions he gets into. But don't pretend you're a lover of peace and harmony and then fantasizes about causing people pain.

CR stop complaining if this was Kerry or Moore youd be hootin and hollernProbably- but then again, he doesnt claim to be a pacifist. ~D
CR, the only point you seemed to be making was that people who are "peace lovers" are hypocrites for watching a virtual person bent into uncomfortable-looking positions.
Perhaps if you expand or clarify your thinking you'll get the serious responses you crave.

I believe I need to clarify some things. Peace-lovin' people aren't hypocrites for playing this game, getting a good laugh out of it, and making fun of the virtual (or real, whatever floats your boat) Bush as he bumps his way down.
It is only when said person implies that they wished they could cause pain to another person-something altogether against pacifist principles-that they become, in my mind, hypocrites.
But do I really care if some people stray from their proclaimed ideals? Not really, at least not in such a case as this. Still, it is interesting observing what some 'peace-lovers' reveal themselves as...~:handball:

Let's try to understand the reasonning here :
1 - All socialists/leftists are pacifist. That's a fact (kinda in the same way as all conservatives are dumb/religious biggots).
2 - Having fun watching this stuff = being an hypocrite warmonger (if you're a leftist, we all know that conservatives enjoy killing and bombing innocent people. I mean, that's a fact, conservatives can't be pacifist).
So, if I understand you, watching this entertaining site equals to invading Irak, or to some other military act ?

I understand what you're saying. It's against my beliefs to want to see Bush bounce down floating spheres, let alone see he actually harmed. Sometimes we have emotional feelings that go against what we believe to be right. I know it's harmful to my body to eat chocolate, but I crave it.
I see Bush as a sick person who cares nothing for the pacifism and other morality of Christ, whom Bush says he follows. When I see someone do so much harm to the world, I get extremely angry, and when I get that angry, I exercise the same right to hypocracy that Bush does. Fortunately for him, that violent anger never does actual harm to him or anyone else. I can't say that about the hypocritical violence that he has done.
Does that answer your posts as you intended them?

Bush deserves a good kicking in the ass anyway. If I could, I would just smash his head as badly as humanly possible. How is that related to pacifism ? Pacifism and nonviolence are two different things.
