on barbarian invasion i dont know how to get to the folders to mod.i knew how to on rome,but now im clueless. can i do the same thing to get all factions?

All the BI files are in the BI folder inside the Data folder. Unlocking factions requires more work than before, find out how to do it here (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=55192). This only works for non-emergent factions. To play emergent factions, more modding is required.
