IMHO Superman is in the US illegally, but I want to find out what other Org members think should be done about this

So, he's not an illegal. But nice attempt at trying to make it seem as though superman -a fictional character who goes around saving people and the earth- is equal to hordes of parasitic people illegally entering our country.

I selected the deport option. He should go to Africa or somewhere like that, and do some real work there. Imagine how much faster the infrastructure could be built if he used his powers to build it, instead of wasting his time fighting crime.

Tough one.
He was presented as their child, but never legally adopted. Having never applied for citizenship, he is therefore an illegal alien.
He would probably need to apply for refugee status, which may well be granted since his country of origin has been entirely obliterated. However, in applying for refugee status, he confirms that his adoptive parents have been perpetrating fraud and abduction for many years -- rocking Smallville to its heartland socks.
If his status wasn't granted, he would have to be deported to his country of origin. This might take a while, since we'd have to ramp up the space program a few notches to pull this one off. Have to develop a special incarceration facility too -- have to think of this guy as a flight risk.

Well, it appears that we lack the ability to deport or jail him, and that he is providing a service to our country, and there may be extenuating factors such as his native land is in ruins, and altho he lacks papers he has an American family.
