Factions and building sets ?????

If anyone could point me in the direction of a certain file I need to edit Id be very grateful.
Basically I want to change what culture of buildings a faction uses eg Roman to Eygptian. I've been playing RTR 6.3 and have got bored with all the Greco-roman buildings so wanted to give the Ptolemaics there anachronistic buildings back.

Hmmm,
guess I should have been asking how do I add/replace files in a .pak file or specificaly the patch_0.pak file guess i'll need some software form somewhere. anyone got any tips please.
