Iv waited, I posted in the "Hail new members" Thread and I got nothing...When can I be able to post (Which I think is a dumb question in the first place)?

There is no set time or number of posts. You should just continue to post in the new member section until the next round of promotions. It could be a day, or a week.

Like m52nickerson said, promotion is not dependent on post count but on contribution. If you post a few times in a friendly and helpful manner, you will be promoted soon enough.
