Renaming or removing Latium and Rome?

Apparantly you have to have these two things in the game...

I was just wondering if you could actually get rid of it, say in a provincial campaign, or by fiddling with something else.

(on 1.2 by the way)

As far as I know you need a province with the internal name Latium and a city with the internal name Rome, but the internal name doesn´t have to correspond to the name showing on screen. You just have to change the output name to whatever you like.
