where do i download/save them to?
what do they do?
are they worth it?

If you have RTW get the v1.3 patch, and then get the v1.5 patch.
If you have RTW/BI get the v1.6 patch.
The patches are worth it.

sadly yes.not all that technological. im 6'7 and almost everything fragile i touch breaks, so im just getting to this.plus computers hate me.
