Problem with 1.2 [Archive]

I have currently the habitual problem of trying to install the 1.2 patch and receiving the damned message: already installed....

Is there anyone who can give me CLEAR instruction to solve my problem????

Hi there!

It is because the registry already contains the info about the patch. So you have to aquire the zipped version of 1.2. You can find it in the Downloads section of this page (http://www.horsearcher.net/huninvasion2/patchzip/RTW1.2.zip is one of the mirrors).

Sometimes installing a patch will cause problems, if there was a corruption during the download or install process.

Did you have another patch installed before you tried 1.2?

I can't install the patch? Any idea, help please?!:help:

I get this window after I start install it!:furious3:

"RomeTW.exe Unable to locate Component.

This application has failed to start because MSS32.DDL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

What dose it mean "re-installing the application", I tried to reinstall the patch with the same result, do I need to reinstall the game it self?
