Okay, not headhunting as in beheading certain aristocrats.
headhunting as in finding people online...

Theory being, one or two people who worked in RTW development and know how to destroy the hardcoded secrets- the modding holy grail of RTW, may have been fired.

Yes you may say I'm a complete pot-head
----but maybe if there is someone who is ex-C.A they may be able to let the community onto bigger secrets, and if there is such a person it is our duty to contact them to see if they're interested in the community.

I know there are members of CA in the forums who help us greatly, but I understand for your careers you cannot 'spill the beans' to us to the degree that someone with no loyalty to the company will have

However, these people would/will still have had contracts that forbid them to make company secrets public threatening them with high amends ;)

Well...

a) Not only would such people fear litigation, but revealing company secrets would destroy their career with any other companies that they work for.

b) Hardcoding limits cannot be circumvented without hacking the .exe file which is in itself illegal.
