I'm going on 6 days as of now, although I've done more before. What are some of your records?

WOH. Like two days.
Six days? ~
Are you trying to get rid of someone?
I lived without running water for five years and I still washed every day. Even in the winter without power. One gallon of water boiled up on the woodstove mixed with two gallons of cold water gave you three gallons of nice hot wash water.
After those five years, I moved into a house in town and took at least three boiling hot showers a day for the first year. I'm down to two a day now.
WOH. Like two days.
That can`t be good for your immune system and your skin..
We humans are not supposed to be washing that often, something that all the asthmatics we have with the newer generations is a good example of.
Week and a half, I was backpacking so everyone else smelled the same, and I took an hour shower as soon as I found running water. Nothing like a good old fashioned trip in the backwoods to make you worship warm running water.
Two weeks, nobody noticed. Pre-puberty though.

Two weeks, not many people notice and I didn't feel bad about it.
Beirut that IS unhealthy. You are not supposed to clean yourself that often, what are you afraid of? Your woman won't leave you for just smelling a little bit.

9 years...took baths until I was nine.
Went 10 days without washing recently because I'm back at home and our shower only trickles. Usually I wash when I'm sweaty or feel dirty, much more often in the summer than winter.

something as 2 days max.
Hate to not shower.

I only use soap when I'm actually dirty.
I just love standing under a hot waterfall. Clears my mind, feels great, I get to sing my favorite Celine Dion songs, and makes me breathe a bit easier when the asthma is nasty.
If I die a few months earlier because of too many showers, it will have been worth it. A loooong hot shower is one of the greatest physical pleasures there is.
Since I was 14 just about everyday I have taken a shower. Minus the days I was sick. When I was in the navy I had to go up to a week w/o a shower but that was'nt my own choice. Out at sea most/all ships can't produce enough water to sustain the crew for all of thier water uses so showers are the first to go.
Anyways the worst I've see was the guy I had to sleep across from on the ship. The guy was asked repeatedly to take a shower, then 1 magical day, boom he's in the shower. So this is a spectacle for everyone observing this. Then.............................................................. of all things goes ahead and puts the same underwear back on.

I don't know. I would guess 10 days.

Rarely any more than two days; even when there's no running water a bucket, at least.

I shower twice a day usually, and the longest I've gone without is 2 (or 3...not sure) days. I did wash my hair though...

When I was younger, I'd go weeks at a time. I didn't care, and no-one else seemed to either.
Post-puberty, though, I've showered pretty much every day. My hair's very long now, so I need to keep it clean or it looks awful.

Heh, join the club. Its been shorter on me for a while now, but it didn't half turn into a mess if I couldn't be bothered to shower every so often.

I shower every other day....unless i go camping or something then i go longer than a day
Funny thing is, I used to shower every single morning, without exception, even if I was late for school or whatnot. Sometimes I'd shower again later that evening if I was going out with friends... that's high school for ya... terrible.
Now though, I've eased up quite a bit (19 yrs just for the record). Hell my girlfriend likes when I don't shower... something about manly... something something.... Fortunately, she doesn't practice what she preaches ~:) .
I do however also love the feeling of a nice, hot shower. Really wonderful when I actually get down to it.
*sniff sniff* That's me. Think I might end this streek right now actually. Happy showering! ~

I may not do it once in a while on Sundays, but other than that, every day...

I bathe at least once a day, sometimes I skip one due to collapsing from stress and exhaustion (bad days), but the longest is like a week or so in summer when I only got out of bed to take a squirt.
I shower daily. Longest I've gone was probably a week, but that was back when i was in 6th grade or so.

I usually shower every day. I've gone maybe two or three days without one, but that's very rare. I have to take two showers a day in the summer though, otherwise I feel dirty and smell....:shame:
Two weeks. But in fairness, I spent those two weeks approaching, climbing and descending a big mountain. And I threw my smelly carcass in freezing streams more than once, so maybe it doesn't count.
I can state for the record, however, that the first shower after all of that is pure heaven. Hello, civilization!

I think it was five days. I was on a boat and you needed to constantly hold down a button for the water to drain away. I don't know why exactly, but I wasn't comfortable with that.

A month and 1/2.
I was wandering the Chinese countryside randomly....
4 days without washig period. And that was beause the power was out due to hurricane Juan. But I didn't shower till I was like 12. We didn't have a shower head until then.
I shower every day, always have always will. My brother, the great unwashed, is a different story.

Three weeks. Mainly because of the fact that it was the summer holidays, i have little social life outside of school and people can't smell you over the internet. Yet.
Oddly enough, despite the fact that i don't wash as much as other people, i still don't smell much (lack of physical activity) but i'm one of the healthiest people in school when it comes to immunity.

I spent a whole month without a shower 2 summers ago. Then again I was in the sea all day. Even my gf said I smelled like salt even after a week after that...

About four days in May I went without showering. I also kept on the same clothes for the time, even in bed... And these were a sweaty few days. Only light drizzle, and generally quite warm except when I walked through two rivers. Of course, if I could have showered I certainly would have -- the shirt I wore then still isn't quite the same -- but I was up in t'hills, the Cairngorms. Camping near Ruigh Aiteachain and Carrour Bothy, hiking in the name of HRH the Duke of Edinburgh for a little silver badge that says PP and the hope of one day meeting the Prince Philip...
A couple of days. I hate not washing, I stink and my hair goes downhill fast.
Plus I have blond hair and I'm dark facial hair so I look really messy really fast. Damn genetics.
Even when I'm places without a shower I take wipe things...

My first semester of college, I would shower on a weekly basis (I was busy). Luckily, my roommate didn't mind, but by the end of the first semester, I hated the feeling of being unwashed so much, I made it a point to shower every day, and I haven't missed a day since.
Oh- and you people who think that being unwashed is okay, that's just sick. You do not realise the horrible things that start happening to your skin when you don't bathe enough- that is another reason I started bathing regularly. Thankfully, these things had just started, so they cleared up readily enough.

And it is even more disgusting, that we were three incl me. Some days, when we had wandered in myr (long brown grass in very wet and water like areas) in the evening, inside the tent, we suspended a string and had our socks on to try (12 socks, 2 on each foot and three man) nice smell

Longest was 3 days, and that was when I was doing an army induction course, you know assault courses sleeping under a poncho carrying heavy stuff that sort of thing, where they get to stress the point that whatever we buy for them IT BETTER NOT BE HEAVY. I did get a dunk in the stream and this is where you get to test people's intelligence by who goes upstream to wash, I did lots didn't.
Anyway, usually everyday, after cycling or squash if I play that day or before bed if I don't, for some reason I prefer going to sleep clean.

'afspelen' is play by the way. Completily off topic but fun.
Longest without a shower is three monthes, when I spent time in the Desert of Saudi Arabia and Iraq. However I still kept myself fairly clean by taking a wash cloth to my armpits and other body parts every day. A little cold, (or actually luke warm) water in the morning helps to refresh you no matter where you are at. Less then a canteen cup of water and you can keep yourself healthly and clean. Just always brush your teeth before taking your "bath"
One must keep themselves clean no matter where you are at.

several weeks when I was working outdoors in the middle of nowhere and had no shower access.
The next shower and shave was the best I ever had.

Pre-puberty - weeks. Like BKS said, no-one noticed.
Post-puberty - everyday, or every other day.

Normally I shower once a day. I almost never go more than two days without a shower now.
In the depths of Severe Depression I may have gone about five to seven days or so before noticing that I was sticking to chairs, etc. No one else was around to tell me that I stank, and I had other matters on my mind at the time. I've backpacked for two weeks straight on a couple of occasions, but I loved swimming across the chilly lakes, and frolicking in the burbling streams almost every day. I only soaped up (with biodegradable peppermint soap) every couple of days or so though.

Well for all the purists out there, I always jumped in and got wet, then sat (shivering) on a rock on shore and soaped up, then used my Palco pan to rinse off, then jumped back in to swim (Japanese bath style). This way, I didn't get any but traces of the biodegradeable peppermint soap in the water.
The water was freezing cold, but I don't think I've every felt cleaner in my entire life after the scrub, swim and sun-dry-lying-on-granite. It was a cleanliness that was more than just physical.
Hmm ... a bit opposite of topic but *shrugs* oh well ... .

My experience parallells Redleg's, though for me it was Honduras, not the desert. A daily wipe-down and fresh socks can make a new man of you. My advice: if you do nothing else: keep your feet clean. You'll thank me some day.
Nowadays, with a civilian job, I shower at least every other day.

Couple of weeks, for no particular reason. I was a bit younger then though.
Generally nowadays I shower every 2 days or so, unless I've actually gotten sweaty or dirty, in which case I always shower afterwards. I don't see the need to shower every day, it seems a bit excessive and verging on a compulsive disorder. People who shower more than once everyday are compulsive (or a Yeti).
