Is this just because of the mod bring only at beta stage?
One other thing I noticed. When you select to highlight koinon Hellenon victory provinces, the ones in Asia minor wont de-select again.
My units and portraits don't look blurry... Post a screenshot?
I have a feeling this might be a screen resolution issue. Is it set to a lower setting than usual, perhaps 800x600? Try 1024x768.
It is a resolution problem. Same happened with me, which is odd since a mod has never effected my resolution before.
I had this same thing
also on resolution - I amped mine upto max
does anyone else think the units and map look squashed??
when zoomed out
just looking at the walls and the siege rams - they look a bit flattened - could be to do with widescreen?
also the map - the figures ie. armies look stumpy?
Im sure it something to do with my settings
Someone else said that... Just change your resolution until you find one that looks ok. :2thumbsup:

Somebody had a similar complaint on the day or the day after the OB was released, and that person later reported that they had indeed accidentally switched the widescreen option on.
Wierd thing happened when I installed EB - the graphics were awful and after fruitless experimentation with screen resolution and other graphics options, I discovered my anti-aliasing was switched off. Switching it back on transformed the game graphics from hideous to superlative.

I vaguely remember hearing something about EB accidentally including their own preferences.txt file in the install - is this correct or am I making up things?

It wasn't accidental.

We had to do it as a quick fix for a problem, we'll handle it better next time.
