Its quite Rediculous really...

And i hope i dont get blamed for Breiching An Agreement, cos thats not my fault...

or most likely it's because Ser or Soly decided the material was more suitable for the Frontroom, and moved it there. Which means you are not in breach of the agreement.

In the light of recent threads and the seemingly general increase in the use of rather "colorful" language in the Backroom, I would like to remind everybody that generally the use of swear-words and profanities is considered to be a violation of the forum rules.

This does definitely include the use of profanities to emphasize e.g., the slander of groups or ad hominem at patrons, but it also includes the "non-directed" use of profanities to express e.g., anger or surprise.
In addition I would like to point out that the use of "*" to partly disguise profanities is not considered to be a valid alternative within the forum rules (same goes for quoting another patron's outburst).

The moderator staff will try(!) to consistently point out and edit violations and we will reserve our right to use further means if necessary.

There might be cases when the use of words that could be considered to be profanities will be acceptable in a given context - and we will decide that on a case-by-case basis (so don't expect an exhaustive rule-book, this also goes for the decision which words are acceptable and which are not, sometimes also the tone makes the music).

Should we decide to close individual threads based on the use of bad language this is not necessarily a "punishment" of the thread starter, but merely an indication that we felt the thread as such was getting out of hand.

Its a simple question about forum policy Towards me and my posting/viewing abilaty,
And the possibilaty of punishment that could be issued becous of actions out of my controll.

If i had 0 warning points id wait and see what happend,

Your actions earned you a ban and your return forbid you to use the Frontroom. The Frontroom is for non-political and the more light-weight nongame related discussions. If you are making a thread that fits in this category then you can be pretty certain that it will get moved if posted in the Backroom. So you really shouldn't create threads that are bound to be moved to the Frontroom.

Or you could try asking KukriKhan wether you can post off-topic posts in the Entrance Hall, you will be stuck with the newbies though! :wink:

You don't seem to get it, Shambles.

The Backroom is not meant for real small talk. If you were to make a thread in the Backroom called: "What are you eating right NOW?!" the mods would move it to the Frontroom. It is up to the mods to decide which topics belong in the Backroom and which in the Frontroom. In your case, your topic was moved to the Frontroom since it was in their opinion just small talk. That you can only post in the Backroom is not a problem for the Backroom moderators, it is your problem.

A = Not allowed to post in the Frontroom.
B = Frontroom is for small talk.
A + B = Do not post small talk topics outside the Frontroom as it will probably be moved.

And I strongly and friendly suggest that in these more serious threads that you spent a bit more time making your posts. Grammar and spelling is one thing, but "any1" or starting words at random with a capital letter has nothing to do with being English being your second language.
