You can calm down first and ask in a more polite way. Maybe someone will give you the answer then.

Language mate, this is a family forum, use *s if you feel the need to express yourself in a violent manner

There is your answer.

Actually, I wish I could help, but I'm waiting for a later build to play as the Romans, if you think you got a bug maybe you can help nail it down and fix it.

Like...who knows...have you played the last 50 years without the script activated?

That it never does. Swearing is pure laziness; if you must, there are always smileys to show your frustration, such as: :furious3:

You might want to edit your first post, before any mods turn up.

Guys, aren't you exaggerating a little?

The guy used the word 'procreate'... It's not like personally offended anyone here.

Currently the conditions are/should be:

Polybian reforms: 209 BC, so you should be able to build Polybian troops.
Marian Reforms: 107 BC

Future versions will have dynamic conditions for all three reforms.
Augustan reforms are not yet implemented.

Whatever, he's frustrated. He's not calling any one a f**k. I can understand why, it took me forever too.

What difficulty setting are you playing on? If you managed to conquer the much territory by 200, I'm assuming you're on medium campaign.

I lost my VH/VH campaign with the Romans in 121 BC. I bankrupt myself with large fleets and was unable to match up againt fully stacked silver/gold chevron Iberian armies.

Roman's don't get experience bonuses from cities and it's hard to get lots of experience in battle, unless you autoresolve, so I got fragged bad.

It was a good game though. The major turning point in my campaign took place with two of my armies, one got a pyrrhic victory and the other got a major loss. After that, seeing 2 fully stacked/experienced armies coming into upper Italy, with only a few garrisons to defend, I humbley forfited.

NOTE- I actually covered more ground and won more battles with the Phalanx Triarii. The barbarians could not touch me, I would keep a tight line of Triarii with a few peltats in the back and I"d be winning battles 2000 kills to 50 or so losses.

In hind sight, the new Triarii reforms sorta killed me lol.

Come on people, this may be a sub-forum moderated by the EB team, but the Org rules are clear. The f-word is not acceptable here. Please edit your posts like the original poster has done. We slap out warning points in other forums for less than this.

This is supposed to be a mature forum, so if it's not really insulting I don't see much reason to remove anything.

But that's just my opinion, even if I don't usually curse in written form.

I'm confused, in the unit list on the main EB site I saw some imperial units. So, they aren't in this version as a later reform? When are they gonna be added then?

In a later patch, most likely.

Well you are welcome to your opinion and I am grateful to you personally for posting in a courteous manner. But if mean by "mature forum" that people should behave maturally, I agree with your premise but not the inference - swearing in internet forums does not promote mature discussion. And if you mean by "mature", we are for adults only then you are wrong - I know we have some active patrons as young as 13 and my own 10 year old often reads threads here over my shoulder.

But I don't want to debate this - rules are rules, no profanity is an Org rule and members should abide by it or moderators will have to intervene.

There shall be no swearing here, as is .org policy. Edit out swear words, or I delete posts. Your choice.
