the first reform you will see is in 207bc the next is some time in the second century bc, sory but i can;t remember exactly and I herd that the later reforms have not been implimented yet so we will have to wate for later for them.
Actually, you are magnificently mistaken .
Currently the conditions are/should be:
Polybian reforms: 209 BC, so you should be able to build Polybian troops.
Marian Reforms: 107 BC
Future versions will have dynamic conditions for all three reforms.
Augustan reforms are not yet implemented.
And as someone who is determined to play his Roman campaing to the end, let me tell you that it takes FOREVER for the Marian reforms to arrive.

damn.
No, really. The year is now 141 BC, my current fronts are Arabia, Byelorussia and Armenia, and I'm still ferrying back triarii and principes to Italy for retrainment. I'm really looking forward to the dynamic reform requirements the EB will include in the future, because I haven't been able to make any decent progress in the last sixty or so turns...
Ah well, only about 120 turns to go. At about twenty turn a day, I should be getting the Marian reforms next weekend :-/
Sweet lord... that does not sound fun. Dynamic reforms, hoooo!!! :charge:
