Save Games - Need some to play

Well, I'm wondering, if anyone here who has RTW 1.5, has any save games set around 80 BC or so, and they've only conquered historical Roman provinces, or are in the civil war? Cos I'm looking for some new saved games to play that'll be challenging and fun. Mods, feel free to move this if this is in the wrong place.

Reason being, well, I'm tired of playing RTW till 200 BC till the whole map is conquered, and if anyone can help in this by providing a save game? This could be of use to everyone, if you think about it :idea2: especially history nuts like me :2thumbsup:

Edit - If Save Games are available, I'd prefer Julii, but any Roman faction will do

I am attempting to modify one of my saved games from an old campaign right now spookily enough. It isn't quite what you're after, but it is a challenge. It features 50,000-60,000 Germans waiting to destroy and ravage the entire world. This was before BI was announced and I decided I needed to have a horde in the game. It might need a tiny bit of tweaking on the part of the player to get it to play nicely, as currently the Germans have unlimited funds and if their army doesn't wipe you out, their diplomats will. I also have to change control from the Germans to the Julii. I'm going to attempt to get the save into a playable state and upload if anyone is interested.

Heh. Well it wasn't a challenge when I was those Germans, but now I'm the Julii it's a bit of a mountain to climb! I'm not sure how stable the save is overall, but it works with vanilla RTW 1.5 at the moment.

Crivvens! Maybe not such a challenge afterall. Two turns after swapping control to the Julii, I win a heroic victory against a strong Spanish army only for the entire German faction to destroy itself to rebellions. 50,000 men gone in two turns. Another feather in the cap for AI stupidity.
