Swapping weapon types.

Can anyone help me with this question.Is it possible to change a units primary and secondary weapons? as an example a cavalry unit with bows as a primary weapon and spear as its secondary weapon.Can you change this to
spear as the primary and loose the bow,replacing it with sword as the secondary weapon.Just wanted to know rather than making a new unit.:help:
