The last few posts had become fairly morality/religion in tone, but I do not understand why that justified closing the thread. The issue of christianity was mentioned in the title to begin with, so.....

I'm not sure "You crazy christians..." mentions the issue of christianity at all, it seems more like the lead in to an insult and doesn't seem geared toward starting a friendly discussion.

I was also unsure why the thread was closed.

I am assuming because it had started to stray quite a bit from the original discussion.

Towards the end, the Don and myself were actually having quite a civil conversation about religion, so I hope it wasn't closed because the mods thought it turning into a flame war or anything.

Having said that, I'm not complaining that the thread was closed as it had already run its course.
