Installation Trouble

i cant seem to get the RTW 1.2 patch to install, where do i put the files,

also it says EB is a corupt download, is this a problem with my computer

Uninstall RTW and delete the RTW folder out of the activision folder, then restart and install RTW again... Then once it's installed add the 1.2 patch.

Mod downloads sometimes get corrupted if you do other things whilst downloading it... Like if you download other things at the same time or keep changing websites... Whenever i download anything like that i just leave the computer and sign out of all messengers and stuff... But you'll just have to delete the corrupt one you downloaded.

First off, make sure you have a clean install of RTW. No mods, no patches, nothing. Then you can get the 1.2 patch from EBs webpage: https://www.europabarbarorum.com/downloads_mod.html and after it downloads you should be able to open the zipped file that downloaded. Well now you gotta find your RTW folder. It should be somewhere like c\program files\activision\rome-total war. Now all you gotta do is extract the files from the patch/zipped file into your rome-total war folder. And when it asks if you want to overwrite click yes-to-all which will replace the old files with the new ones.

I don't know about the corrupted download thing. I suggest trying to download it from the different links on the EB website. Hope this helps. :2thumbsup:
