Cheat does not work.. process_rq

Hello all. I'm new here.
But I have got a question about a cheat code.

If i open console with ~ then I enter process_rq <settlement> and then should the recruitment queue be ready at once. But that doesn't happen, nothing happens, console doesn't even recognize the cheat..
process_cq for buildings and toggle_fow etc. do all work.. but process_rq not... Maybe the cheat isn't right ..?
Can someone tell me what to do to let the cheat work?:help:

There are console commands that only work through scripts.
Perhaps this is one case, although it is only my guess.

"process_rq" cheat has been disable since patch 1.2

It works in the scripts but if I remember right, units will only spawn in settlements or in the armies of named characters (never got it working for fleets) which need to included in actual scripts

prr, I ain't that good with scripting etc, but I have already got some kind of cheat with the .txt file and then have the build time for all of the units of my faction, the build time to 0 rounds, haha.
but it will be better with 'process_rq' , but yeah... can't do it anymore after 1.2. :(

Now I uninstalled rome total war ad the expansion and I have only installed Rome total war.. I had to do the Prologue etc so I began totally from the beginning. I started with the Scipii and I tried to train some units and then process_rq <the settlement> but it just didn't work. How come !?!?!?
