After being attached to the EB forums at around June, I have been quietly lurking. Disappointed by the continual non-release of EB, I slowly drifted away.

I checked the forums again yesterday and I found that EB had finally been open beta'd. I think I'm in love:embarassed:

He joined in July. That doesn't mean he wasn't a lurker in June. I lurked for a year before I joined.

lol what is the psychology being forum lurking?

People being too lazy, or not seeing the necessity to post?

Just being satisfied reading about the things and not feeling the need to post. EB was the reason I joined up on these boards myself.

Arman, hye es che?

And nic, I believe I read somewhere around the boards that the patch might be coming around this weekend. It's probably not a guarantee, like anything else in life, so just take it for what it's worth.

Did you ask me if i was armenian? I know Hye is armenian. But Che is "what" is farsi.

I'm an Iranian-American. Arman is an armo name, yea, but it's also a persian name and it means "goal" in farsi. Pronounced Armaan.

Are you armenian?

Woopsidoodle. Yep, I'm Armenian. I was almost positive you were. Never heard that name elsewhere.

Is it really a necessity to post. I read these forums pretty much everyday and rarely feel the need to post anything. I understand contributing to the community etc., but if you havent got anything to say why clutter up the boards?

Absolutely. I lurked around the boards overall for a good while, but when I started getting into EB, I felt the need to post and well... *sniff* it's beautiful.

exactly.

I lurked for 6-8 months before becoming a member and thus far have posted little...mostly 'cos my historical knowledge is merely from an interest point (I picked to do Geography at school instead..DOH) however I have to concur that EB (the fact its beta aside) is the absolute Dogs Bollocks (thats a good thing)

I'm currently playing as the Getai and its rather enjoyable and a nice challenge...raining arrows followed by some blokes with big curvy swords, who wouldn't run away and soil their armour.

Love is almost to small a word

I was hooked the forums when I stumbled on Abokasee, but I couldn't ever find anything I needed to post about. I started when OB was released because I just couldnt contain my joy anymore.

Edit: P.S. as referenced in another thread, my wife just didin't quite share the same excitement for the hammer and anvil technique so I had to post.

Well it says your handsome... and a viking... hmmm. Well if you can't find anyone that loves you, I'll make an I-hate-the-handsome-viking club and see if I can find anyone that doesn't like you. :idea2:
