I was just in the Library......my first time looking around....when I came upon this:

Is it a volley of arrows....or something else?

Should I be afraid?.......I'm playing Shoggy at present.

Was a glitch with some video cards I think.

They look like birds to me. But there are too many... a bug perhaps?

That is a Bingo.

At the time, I played Shogun with an on-board 8MB vidcard. The rain displayed as "black" streaks falling. Very eerie.

Oh man! My old screen shot! For me the black rain was a driver glitch with my Voodoo3 graphics card. As I recall, a later, unofficial driver corrected the rain to make it look right.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane Matrixman!

Fools! This is no graphic defect! This is the Flock of Dark Days spell! It gives a moral bonus of 5 points to your own troops but you must rule with moderate to severe evil and have a famous buddhist temple to aquire it

Ah...finally the truth....just as I suspected.

I was too polite to open the door to this terrible reality:scared:
