I dont know if this is the appropriate place to post this but Id like to thank all those who voted me in as a Senior Member. I cant tell you how much this means to me. It is a wonderful day for me here at the org and once more I thank you all for this great honor.

I know ive stepped on a few toes here in my time . Hope you all forgive me.

I'd like to add my thanks. When I logged on today I thought there must be some sort of technical problem, as several people I knew as members were listed as senior. Then I saw it next to my own posts and my confusion grew. I don't know what to say or what I may have done to deserve it. I still feel like a very young member of the org surrounded by more experienced and deserving fellows.

I'm humbled and honored.

Looks like the fine folk at the Org have had a little splash on Senior Membership promotions - even I managed to get one! I guess if you hang around here long enough, good things happen ~:) I'm geniunely surprised/humbled/honoured, all at the same time. So thanks to all those who saw fit to promote me.

Now, if you'll excuse me I'm off to use the executive bathroom...I hear it even has flushable toilets!

This is actually one of the best-kept secrets of the .org and as part of the initiation rites we all had to take solemn oaths never to reveal the true perks of senior membership on pain of death and damnation. However, I am feeling a little mischievous today, so . . .

Well, my max PM storage jumped from 30 to 75. But as I only had 8 PMs that doesn't really affect me. Its just a nice bit of recognition from the community, especially when you look at all the great guys (and frogs) that are already SMs.

Very simple . :P

Every morning you have to get up in time to make every moderator's breakfast . I think if you get up at 2 o'clock in the morning you can actually do it with the help of a super-sonic :dizzy2: :idea2: :laugh4: . Give them your girl . You have to contribute a lot to raise funds for the ORG's secret VIAGRA stash :oops: :2thumbsup: . Eventually you'll find out that you lost a fortune just for a few pills :wall: :sweatdrop: :shame: :no: . Yesss .. and the rest is used by the moderators . So this is actually what it takes to be a SENIOR MEMBER , a lot of sweat just for SENIOR in front of member .. GAH !!!! :skull: :wall:


and now for more dark secrets
..what does a member have to do to be SENIOR MEMBER ????

Either not going into the Backroom (which isn't Gawain's case) or posting 12,500 times in the last 4 years (which is Gawaine's case).

Gawain is very active in the VI MP community. I assume its for that, and not for the backroom that he got promoted.

My guess would be the reason is that Gawain has become over the years a constant contributor to the Org that is an example to others. But I might be wrong of course. ~:)
