Casse military building problems.

Ok, I've read about people having similar problems with the Sweboz military buildings but, I have spent a lot of time and money building Casse military buildings and I have not managed to get many new units, for example I have no infantry with chainmail, and I've only just managed to get some Heavy cavalry.

Any idea whats going wrong?
