Interesting. I'm glad I'm not compiling all the names, descriptions, etc. that we have for 10 more factions though. There are only so many hands to go around. We still are working on thorough descriptions and new units for all the factions we do have.
Your mod still better in my opinion and that version is a long way off but it does demonstrate some of the advantages of the BI engine.

I would say it's a pretty clever use of the engine, but I am not too sure how well the "mini factions" will work... can they really pull tht one off?

Yep, it's a very clever and ambitious idea...but now we have to see how it works.

Hmm, why does this all seem so familiar? ~
Interesting to see the huge about face on the "barbs".
What happened to “The Celts and Germans were just uncivilised tribes that never formed specific states, nations or achieved any form of law, government,” etc etc ad naseum. Now we have the Seubi / Chatti and the Aedui / Arverni struggle! Great to see the new RTR lads actually know something about historical "realism" ..albeit post EB OB and 2 years of research.
Gone is the comical “total realism” of the Pan Gallic State, the Generic Germanic nation, the Thracians, etc. Now we suddenly have the Aedui, the Seubi, the Getae, the Epirotes...etc :inquisitive:
It's bizzar...I hate to say it but the longer RTR goes on, the more like EB it becomes. I really don’t understand why they just didn’t join forces with EB to work on a joint project from the get go.
Something to be said for trying to reinvent the wheel. Best of luck ayway fellas.

This would be more appropriate to ask in a general modding forum, or in the RTR forum.
