photgraphers are to pay a whole euro (68p) for breaking privacy laws before Princess Diana crashed
The single euro divided between the trio will be paid to Mohamed al Fayed, the Egyptian-born millionaire and father of Dodi al Fayed, Diana's companion who also died in the crash.

No they shouldn't, beheading has only ever been used for treason and they were not commiting treason.
The sad fact is that Diana was almost certainly assassinated to prevent her from getting any closer to Dodi because he was a Muslim. It sucks but its true.
What if she'd married him?
What if she'd become a Muslim?
What if one, or both, of her sons converted.
These are question the Queen didn't want answers to so she had the problem removed. Diana spent her entire public life thinking she could do what she wanted and the truth is she couldn't.
It sucks to be a Princess.
(I have nothing against Muslims but our constitution and traditions couldn't hadle it.)

Diana spent her entire public life thinking she could do what she wanted and the truth is she couldn't.Indeed. And one of the things even a spoiled bratty princess doesn't get away with is urging a criminally drunk driver to speeding at 200 km/h in an inner city.
In Paris, royals are quickly reminded of their mortality when they think they are above the law of either humans or physics.

I think that that 1 euro fine is just perfect. On the one hand, photographers need to respect people's privacy, on the other, the court did well to not play along with the 'omg, paparazzi killed my princess!' crowd.

Treason can only be commited towards the Crown. Diana retained the honorific "Princess" but she lost her HRH status and the bodyguard was really more of a curtesy because she was the mother of William and Harry. Sarah Ferguson gets zero special treatment.

Legally there was no way to prosecute Charles, he was correct when he said they had no authorety.
Legally power stems from the Crown, therefore the Crown cannot be prosecuted.

I saw a lot of things that night, quite different from what 'they' want us to believe. Nobody wants to listen to me though. I've been waiting for somebody who can smell a rat when they see one ever since - I've got some amazing photographs! Why don't you come over to have a look at them? But be careful, many people have an interest in keeping the lid on - it goes all the way up.

A bridge support is not designed to cushion impact, it is designed to stay standing as long as possible. So the car would have de-accelerated as rapidly as possible. The people inside would have been thrown around... imagine getting some eggs, putting then in a tin can then rattling it around abit... what would happen?
The only person who survived the accident had a seat belt on and had top notch physical conditioning.
All it proves is that not even Princessess are above the laws of physics.
