Cheese-induced nightmares?

It's an old myth that cheese before bedtime gives you nightmares, but just how much of a myth is it? The other night, i ate cheese before bedtime and had what is the most terrifying nightmare i've ever had. My new shiny widescreen monitor was doing the same things as my broken monitor did, completely spazzing out until it was just a thin line across the screen. I really did feel fear and horror, just thinking that it couldn't be happening again. Although i don't think it could be cheese induced, because it seems to be a bit of a recurring dream. Maybe the cheese just made it worse? Who knows...

So, do you believe you've had cheese induced nightmares?

And no, I have never had a cheese-induced nightmare. Then again, I have never had the rge to eat cheese before bed... and now I probably won't.

Yes. I was truly afraid....it was horrible. Not an experience i want to relive again.

As for cheese, It is probably just a myth. Only one way to find out though, now where did I put the cheese?

I have cheese before bedtime all the time, and no nightmares. Lack of water can cause nightmares though, and it's possible cheese could dehydrate you.

I don't know what you've been told but I know for certain that the worst dreams come when you are sleeping on the job, even if you are on break.

Also I've never had a cheese induced nightmare.

Rule #1: Never eat cheese (prov)alone.

Rule #2: If you do eat cheese, head to the bathroom and take a Cheese Whiz before going to bed.

Okay, I'll eat a bit of cheese right before bed tonight.

To support my sleep at work theory I'll use the fact that I had a pretty messed up dream, and or a period of near-awakeness where I kept imagining someone was coming and that I was going to get in trouble, every single time I slept at work.

Note: I did not have work to do, I did not do it that much.
