i just want to state the importance of fire arrows:
if a unit's morale is steady it will drop after 3 or more volleys of fire arrows. if it is now shaken another volley will make it waver. fire arrows of course scare elephants.

Also, they can burn buildings down if you're not careful.

Are they also more deadly? or is morale and burning buildings the only difference?

Aren’t they less accurate though?

Yeah, fire projectiles in general are less accurate than regular, with arrows the difference is like 1 or 2 casualties per volley. With artillery, you'll miss alot more (but when you hit with a flaming onager :skull: ).

In addition to being less accurate they waste more ammo. When I was only a SP player it was fire arrows all around, but in MP I believe winning the archer duel is so key that accuracy and as much ammo as possible is imperative. So unless on armoured troops or eles I dont use FAs.
